TaxXMLViewer (“ứng dụng”) là trình đọc tờ khai thuế định dạng XML, được thiết kế theo nguyên tắc xử lý hoàn toàn trên thiết bị của bạn.

Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Không. Ứng dụng không thu thập, không truyền và không lưu trữ trên máy chủ bất kỳ dữ liệu cá nhân hay nội dung tờ khai nào của bạn.

Cách ứng dụng xử lý dữ liệu

• Tệp XML tờ khai được đọc và hiển thị ngay trên thiết bị; không tải lên máy chủ nào.
• Ứng dụng không gửi telemetry, không phân tích hành vi, không quảng cáo (bản macOS).
• Không ghi log mã số thuế, tên người nộp thuế, địa chỉ, chỉ tiêu, chứng thư hay nội dung XML.
• Danh sách tệp gần đây chỉ lưu đường dẫn cục bộ trên máy của bạn.
• Ứng dụng chỉ kết nối mạng để kiểm tra phiên bản dữ liệu mẫu (XSLT) công bố công khai bởi Tổng cục Thuế; yêu cầu này không kèm theo bất kỳ dữ liệu nào của bạn.

Quảng cáo (bản iOS/iPadOS và Android)

Bản di động miễn phí (iOS/iPadOS và Android) hiển thị quảng cáo qua Google AdMob. SDK quảng cáo của Google có thể thu thập định danh thiết bị phục vụ quảng cáo (IDFA trên iOS — chỉ khi bạn cho phép qua hộp thoại App Tracking Transparency; Advertising ID trên Android) và dữ liệu tương tác quảng cáo để hiển thị và đo lường quảng cáo. Dữ liệu này do Google xử lý theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.

• Trên iOS: từ chối theo dõi (Ask App Not to Track) → quảng cáo vẫn hiện nhưng KHÔNG cá nhân hóa.
• Trên Android (và khu vực EEA/Anh): chúng tôi dùng biểu mẫu đồng thuận của Google (UMP/GDPR) để xin phép trước khi hiển thị quảng cáo cá nhân hóa.
• Nội dung tờ khai thuế không bao giờ được chia sẻ cho mạng quảng cáo hay bất kỳ bên nào — mọi xử lý tờ khai vẫn nằm trên thiết bị.
• Mua gói “Gỡ quảng cáo vĩnh viễn” → toàn bộ quảng cáo và SDK ngừng hoạt động.
• Bản macOS không có quảng cáo.

Mua hàng trong ứng dụng

Giao dịch mua (gói Pro trên macOS, gói “Gỡ quảng cáo vĩnh viễn” trên iOS và Android) được xử lý bởi cửa hàng tương ứng — Apple App Store (macOS/iOS) hoặc Google Play (Android). Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Các nền tảng này có chính sách riêng về dữ liệu thanh toán.

Privacy Policy

TaxXMLViewer (“the app”) is a viewer for Vietnamese tax declaration XML files, designed to process everything locally on your device.

Data we collect

None. The app does not collect, transmit, or store on any server any personal data or the contents of your tax declarations.

How the app handles data

• Declaration XML files are read and displayed on-device only; nothing is uploaded.
• No telemetry, no analytics, no advertising (macOS version).
• No logging of tax codes, taxpayer names, addresses, line items, certificates, or XML content.
• The recent-files list stores only local file paths on your machine.
• The app connects to the network only to check the version of the public display templates (XSLT) published by the Vietnam General Department of Taxation; this request carries none of your data.

Advertising (iOS/iPadOS and Android versions)

The free mobile versions (iOS/iPadOS and Android) show ads via Google AdMob. Google's ad SDK may collect advertising device identifiers (the IDFA on iOS — only if you allow it through the App Tracking Transparency prompt; the Advertising ID on Android) and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads, processed under Google's privacy policy.

• On iOS, choosing “Ask App Not to Track” keeps ads but makes them non-personalized.
• On Android (and in the EEA/UK), we use Google's consent form (UMP/GDPR) to ask permission before showing personalized ads.
• Your tax declaration content is never shared with ad networks or any other party — all declaration processing stays on-device.
• Purchasing “Remove Ads Forever” disables all ads and the ad SDK.
• The macOS version contains no advertising.

In-app purchases

Purchases (Pro on macOS, “Remove Ads Forever” on iOS and Android) are processed by the respective store — the Apple App Store (macOS/iOS) or Google Play (Android). We never receive or store your payment information.
